Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Work with various disciplines and external parties to create BIM and shop drawings based on schematic drawings and models.

Work side by side with teams, in-house and external, to complete BIM projects.

Ability to read and understand design and construction drawings with minimal assistance.
-
Creation of RFIs and perform quality control.
-
Run clash detection and prepare clash reports.
-
Consistently produce accurate work without errors.
-
Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency and meet challenging work goals.
-
Ability to use Dynamo, 4D simulation is an added advantage.
-
Ability to work under a tight delivery schedule.
Desired Candidate Profile
-
Minimum of 3 years of working experience with Revit MEP and/or Fabrication CADmep.
-
Associates Degree or Certification from a technical school.
-
Working experience with Point Cloud Conversion and Recap.
-
Working knowledge of Plumbing, Fire Protection Systems, HVAC, and electrical systems.
-
Proficiency with REVIT MEP and/or Fabrication CADmep for design, modeling, and detailing work.
-
Revit family creation.
-
Working experience of Navisworks and BIM 360.
-
Excellent communication skills with team members within the office and external clients.
